Ice Cream Sculptures

During half-time of the BSU game we made ice cream sculptures to practice for a mutual activity I was in charge of in January. After a rocky start, it turned out fun. Dave and Jen made BroncoNation in the shape of Idaho.
Marice and Nick made a football that had BSU carved into it.
Andy and I tried to make the horse head, but it looked more like a horned frog when we were done so we ended up with TCU's mascot. Fear the frog.

You are not making this whole no sugar thing very easy with all your ice cream photos.

That's a cool idea to make sculptures with ice cream. How do you come up with this stuff?
