Peanut Butter Popcorn

Tuesday we go the spring catalog from Deseret Book in the mail. It had all sorts of fun things in it. One of them was a recipe for peanut butter popcorn from the Worldwide Ward Cookbook that we wanted to try. The kids helped and it turned out great. Not too sticky and just the right amount of peanut butter taste.

1/2 c popcorn unpopped or 2 bags microwave popcorn
1 c light corn syrup
1 c sugar
1 c peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla

Pop popcorn. Bring syrup and sugar to a boil and boil for 2 min. Remove from heat and add peanut butter. Stir until melted. Add vanilla. Pour over popped corn and mix. Makes 6 servings.

That looks yummy. Maybe we'll have to try it tomorrow while Ryan is gone.
