Thanksgiving

We had a great Thanksgiving. Travis' parents came for a visit. It was so nice to have family here and be together. The kids had so much fun with them and it was a great time. We had a nice dinner with only minor fiascoes.
Before dinner we went to Spencer's school and played on the playground. Kathryn chased the geese all over the field. She looked like a geese herder until they all got tired of it and took to flight.

Spencer playing on the twisty pole. Grandma taught him how to slide around it. He was so proud to show them his school and how he could play on everything. Travis was able to come home in the afternoon so we were able to eat with him and then enjoy visiting and playing games in the afternoon.
We have so many things to be thankful for this year. It was a great day and so neat to be in our own home for the first time. Maybe we really are growing up.
